The Jadaf Residential Building Project faced significant delays due to consultancy contract defects, resulting in financial loss. After intervention, the project resumed, and construction drawings were approved. However, due to a simple consultancy agreement, the consultant’s legal rights were not fully covered, leading to unpaid fees and project transfer. The building is now under construction with a new consultant.
